CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Any cancellation at 30 Days prior to arrival date: No charge
• Any cancellation between 29Days – 15 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour will be fare charge
• Any cancellation between 14Days – 3 Days prior to arrival date: 100% of tour fare charge

PAYMENT TERMS:

• Payment : 50% of the estimates business value at the time of placing the work order.
• Balance Payment 45 days prior to the departure date.
