• Our tour price is subject to a minimum of 20 paying adults.
• Tour cost is subject to change with respect to any sudden increase in visa charges, airfare, taxes and/or any other cost factor that is not within our control at the time of giving this cost.
• The names/passports of all qualifiers need to given to us one month prior to the date of departure.
• All Hotels do not have tea/coffee making facility in room. The same differs from hotel to Hotel and city to city.
• If the hotel is not available we reserve the right to offer an alternative of a similar standard
• If passengers depart or arrive separate to the group, additional charges will be levied
• In case of currency fluctuations of more than 3% or amendment in local Government
• Taxes, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
• Should the group arrive during a trade fair/festival or high demand period, we reserve the right to amend the prices accordingly or offer an alternative location
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), anything beyond agency control, etc to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Any cancellation at 30 Days prior to arrival date: No charge
• Any cancellation between 29Days - 15 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour fare charge
• Any cancellation between 14Days - 3 Days prior to arrival date:100% of tour fare charge

PAYMENT TERMS:

• Payment : 25% of the estimates business value at the time of placing the work order.
• Balance Payment 20 days prior to the departure date.
